Cancellation Policy
READ ALL INFO BELOW BEFORE BOOKING!!!! There is a 15 minute consultation before I start. Within the consultation we will discuss: allergies, designs, extra fees, and anything I may see that should be brought to your attention. After the consultation I will ask for money upfront before I start any work! Payment: -Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable but ARE transferable within a week from the previous appointment date. $20 deposit. Next day fee must be sent with deposit. -Remaining balance due at your appointment along with any extra fees. I accept Apple Pay, Cashapp, Zelle, and Cash for remaining payments. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID WITH DEPOSIT/ UPON ARRIVAL -Late fee: 10 min grace period after that you will be charged a $15 late fee, after 5 more mins appointment will be canceled or charged an additional late fee ($30) -Next day fee: All next day appointments will be charged a $15 next day fee. -Rescheduling & cancellation: Please reschedule or cancel your appointment 24hrs before your appointment time. If you reschedule or cancel any later than that you will be charged a $15 fee. -Same day appointments: $30 fee to total! Please contact me once you booked to confirm that I am available! -After hour appointments: $50 fee added to total, anything booked after 6pm are considered after hours!!! Anything booked at 6:15pm or later… Keep this in mind.
